For the past few weeks, NAMCO has been closely monitoring the outbreak of COVID-19 throughout the United States and we have been following guidance from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and local health authorities to ensure we have the right plans and resources in place to safeguard your health and well-being.
 
To do our part in protecting our customers, employees, and community, we have temporarily closed all Powered by Pac-Man Entertainment locations including; Pac-Man Zone, Pac-Man Cafe, and Pac-Man Entertainment. We are actively monitoring this unprecedented situation and hope to provide an update by March 30, 2020.

CORONAVIRUS (COVID-19) UPDATE: 03/13/2020

To our valued customers, 

Like so many of you, we at NAMCO have spent recent weeks learning about the Coronavirus (COVID-19) and understanding how it affects our employees, customers and communities. We are using this knowledge and understanding to make necessary adjustments to keep you and our employees safe. We are coordinating directly with our landlords and other business partners to follow and adhere to safety practices best suited for large gathering spaces like malls and similar venues. Through this coordination we are able to ensure our safety initiatives extend beyond the physical walls of our stores. 

We are closely following the Centers for Disease Control’s (CDC) guidelines and recommendations on the steps we can take to help prevent the spread of the virus. We have shared specific instructions with our employees on the importance of washing their hands and staying home if they feel sick.

We will continue to closely monitor the situation and do all we can to protect you, our employees and our communities.
